On April 16 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Williamsburg Police officers responded to the reported shooting. According to the city, a 20-year-old man reported that he was walking his dog when he heard a gunshot from a vehicle, and then noticed that he had been shot in the arm. The man was transported to Riverside Regional Medical Center in stable condition, the city said.
