By Chris Vickers Verified| WTOL-TV (Toledo, OH) Verified TOLEDO, Ohio — The WTOL 11 Weather team has issued an ALERT DAY for next Thursday, Nov. 21 for a powerful late autumn storm system that is expected to bring gusty winds, rain, plunging temperatures and possibly the first snowflakes of the season. It will be very mild early next week. Rain chances will arrive Tuesday and into Wednesday ahead of this system. Temperatures will plunge Thursday with the arrival of a powerful cold front and strong gusty winds that may reach 40 mph or greater.
