The lane will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Both westbound lanes will be open, and the Florida Department of Transportation reminded motorists that there will be minor, intermittent closures on the road overnight until Thursday. "Motorists wishing to travel off the island on April 15 may wish to use the north bridge instead," FDOT said in a statement.
