Data from the city of Toronto shows crews filled more than 108,000 potholes so far this year, compared to 95,000 during the same time frame last year. The annual New York festival, which in 2022 dropped “Film” from its name, has just unveiled the lineup. It kicks off with the premiere of “Billy Joel: And So It Goes,” a two-part documentary on the 75-year-old singer. Also premiering at Tribeca will be a visual album from Miley Cyrus and concert documentaries from Eddie Vedder and Depeche Mode. The Tribeca Festival runs June 4-15.
