First up was the Prostate Cancer Foundation's annual PCF Pro-Am Tennis gala dinner. The star-studded affair took place on the first night of the organization's three-day tournament. Held at the home of Michele Kang, the evening featured a special performance by comedians Steve Martin and Martin Short.

Honorable Brian Mulroney, Canada's 18 th Prime Minister, who served two terms from 1984-1993, died on February 29 th, after complications from a fall. He was three weeks shy of his 85 th birthday. My husband and I were fortunate to have known Brian and his wife Mila since we moved to Palm Beach in 2002.
