Biography
Christopher Moraff is a journalist, writer and photographer whose work has covered topics ranging from architecture to politics. He was a 2014 H.F. Guggenheim Fellow at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and writes on criminal justice, policing and civil liberties for Al Jazeera America, PennLive and Next City.
