In non-federated settings, adaptive optimization methods have had notable success in combating such issues.
By Chuck Zach| Friend Sentinel Verified Charles Zach, Jr. was born June 24, 1935, on a farm west of Wilber to Charley Zach, Sr., and Augusta (Kasparek) Zach. Charlie passed away Aug. 11, 2016, at the Wilber Care Center at the age of 81. Charlie attended grade school near his home until the eighth grade. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War, from April 1, 1954, to March 29, 1957, when he was honorably discharged. He was a member of the American Legion Louis Milan Post 101 of Wilber.
