  • Airtel increases withdrawal charges for high amounts

    By Clare Tonui| The Star (Kenya) Verified Airtel Money has updated its mobile money charges for both transfers to other networks and withdrawal transactions in Kenya. Effective from today, these changes have seen Airtel Money increase the withdrawal charges for higher amounts from Airtel Money Agents. For Instance, Customers withdrawing between Sh50,000 and Sh250,000 will pay Sh300 to withdraw at Airtel Money agents. This is a Sh30 increase from the previous rate.
