The decision also applies to a Jane Doe enrolled at the University of Oregon. Aaron Ortega Gonzalez, an international OSU Ph.D. student living in Corvallis, is one of 13 international students at OSU who saw their visas revoked earlier this month.

The victim told police he pushed her down, then ripped a baby gate out of the wall and used it to strangle her. Jeramy Michael Kisler, 35, was charged with felony counts of fourth-degree assault and strangulation in December. Last week, he pleaded no contest to both charges.
