Now, we have learned of another project that will be its city’s first venture under the Act. Pine Island Park, located in Sunrise, would comprise 120 homes.

The Powerline Apartments would measure nine stories and require 325,761 square feet of new construction, occupying a vacant 2.4-acre site. The community would feature 257 homes, with square footage ranging from 455 to 1,121 square feet.
