By Corey Moen Verified| WISC-TV (Madison, WI) Verified MADISON, Wis. -- Madison police arrested a man Saturday night for his alleged role in a rollover crash. Officers were dispatched eastbound Highway 12 near Rimrock Road around 6:40 p.m. where witnesses reported seeing two vehicles speeding and weaving through traffic. Police reported one of the vehicles, a red sedan and lost control and rear-ended an uninvolved SUV. The SUV rolled over as a result of the crash. Two adults were able to get out of the car safely and two children were trapped inside.

Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of S. Park Street at 12:07 a.m. where a woman called 911 after an injured man approached her vehicle. The man told the officer he was sitting in his car when two other men came up to his vehicle and allegedly displayed a gun. The man said the suspects allegedly beat him and stole his phone. No arrests have been made. An investigation is ongoing.
