The newest bill would bar the sale of e-cigarettes within a mile of any school, as well as parks, playgrounds, or recreational facilities. According to the Centers for Disease Control, 3.6 million middle and high school students have admitted to using vaping devices. Seventy percent of minor users say they do so because of the flavors available.
