At the Aurora Police Department Headquarters, located at 15001 E. Alameda Pkwy., officers will hand out the wheel locks from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of two per household. If you would like to grab one, you need to bring two documents to show proof of your vehicle.
