Nicholas Janes, 26, faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 when he returns on Sept. 11 for sentencing before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. In all, DiGiacomo said, more than 500 people were victimized for a total of $420,812.92.

Anderson Verified| Buffalo News Verified A dairy farm worker accused of luring a 12-year-old girl into sending him nude photos of herself on the internet has been arrested on a federal criminal complaint, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced. According to the complaint, Victor Francisco Lucas, 31, a citizen of Mexico, has been charged with production of illicit images of children and enticement of a minor. He was detained after an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer.
