On March 28, Hillsborough-based Big Spoon Roasters LLC sued California-based Oystercat Productions LLC, doing-business-as Big Spoon Sauce, for trademark infringement, “false designation of origin, and unfair competition arising under the Trademark Act of 1946,” according to the lawsuit that was filed in the Middle District of North Carolina.
