Police say McMorran purchased approximately 94.22 acres of land in August 2017, using the company name Clearwater Cottages.

Police say Donald Patrick Harris, 46, faces a single charge of sexual assault after allegedly touching a client in a sexual manner without consent. Police say the incident happened at Parkview Massage and Wellness (3125-380 Canyon Meadows Dr. S.E.) during a session in January and the victim came forward in February. Harris is set to appear in court on May 8. Meantime, police continue to investigate.
