  • Staying Chilly Today

By Dan Romano Verified| KADN-TV (Lafayette, LA) Verified This morning we started out chilly with most of us sitting in the mid to low 40s, but we are starting to warm up quickly into the mid to low 60s. We will stay chilly into tomorrow, with lows tonight near the upper thirties. We see a noticeable increase in moisture content as we head into Wednesday, thanks to an abundance of south winds. This will lead to an increase in rain chances Wednesday afternoon and evening lasting into Thursday.

  • Warm and Muggy Today, Cold Front Tonight

By Dan Romano Verified| KADN-TV (Lafayette, LA) Verified Warm weather will prevail for today thanks to plenty of southerly winds, sometimes gusting upwards of 25-30 mph. Overnight tonight into Thursday morning, we'll be keeping an eye on a cold front passing through, expected to bring some showers through, These should clear by 7 AM and cold air will begin to move in by noon, as our temperatures begin to drop during the rest of the day. Cold Canadian air will continue to drop our temperatures into the mid 40s for the morning of Black Friday.
