The tornado watch issued at 4:48 p.m. did not include Richardson, Nemaha and Pawnee counties. The Storm Prediction Center has much of eastern Nebraska in the slight to enhanced risk of extreme weather with potential for large hail and damaging winds. The watch indicates conditions exist for possible tornadoes. Storms are expected to develop from 4 to 6 p.m. and into the evening.
