According to photos shared on social media, the one-off concept is now just a charred steel shell. The car was last shown at Pebble Beach in the Wedge Shaped Concept Cars & Prototypes class.

The short version of this falsehood is that concrete floors can magically drain the charge from a typical lead-acid battery. This is a complete fairy tale. Any battery will tend to discharge naturally over time. The reality is that this discharge process is accelerated by dirt and corrosion formed across the top of the battery case.
