I was born in Albemarle, North Carolina, and lived on Fort Bragg Army Base until I moved to Korea for two years and then back to Fayetteville. I played baseball, football, and basketball and graduated from Westover High School, Fayetteville, NC. My first degree was an associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology. Next, I graduated from Fayetteville State University with my bachelor's in Management Information Systems. I've been a sailor, a Technician in telecommunication systems and traffic signal systems, an educator, and a writer. When I saw injustice at my alma mater, I started writing. I haven't stopped since.
