The property at 315 Fifth St. along with a residential parcel at 316 Fourth St. was acquired by Aslan Real Estate Holdings LLC, located in Des Moines. The limited liability company paid Taxium LLC, managed by WB Realty Co., $7.23 million for the properties, records show. Ryan Wiederstein, broker/owner of WB Realty Co., developed the mixed-use property known as Union 315.
