It started in the area of 1559 and Rock Creek. Those who live north of 3rd Street and west of Cedar Street, including the Rock Creek, Gateway, and Golf Course additions should evacuate to locations east of Cedar Street(Hwy 207). The Municipal Court Building at 611 Weatherly is open with a backup generator. Roughly 6,000 people in Borger are without power.
