Hi! I'm Davis. I just began my career in journalism, and I can't wait to expand my skill set. I recently graduated from Washington State University's Murrow College of Communication with a degree in Journalism and Media Production. At Washington State University, I was a music director for KZUU, a journalist for Murrow News Service, and acted in several Cable 8 projects. Now, I work at KNDU/KNDO as a reporter, covering various stories. School Resource Officer Deputy Brad Klippert organized the visit, calling up Blaze's handler, Deputy Brett Hansen and requesting her to join. "Deputy Klippert called and said the kids wanted to meet Blaze... so I came up," said Deputy Hansen.

Mark Dade, a local homeowner, discovered Japanese beetles in his backyard last year. He says at first, he thought the beetles were pretty, until the next season when he discovered the damage they had done.
