Justine Hartfield, 20, Jaheim Hill, 22, and Gabrielle Franco, 20, were arrested on charges of accessory to murder on Wednesday. On the day of the shooting, Enid officers received reports of shots being fired around 10:40 pm near East Maple. Police arrived and found 17-year-old Clayton Rowland dead in the backyard of the home. Hartfield was arrested and booked for first-degree murder.
