I create for a cause. Passion drives my creativity and is expressed through writing and creating other visual and in-person experiences. My current passions: 1) I'm wearing many hats as a Media Consultant for Force 3 Radio Network, a 30+ year old small market FM radio network. Force 3 broadcasts 3 stations that serve various small communities in eastern AR, northwest MS and SE Tennessee. In my role, I write community news, support PR, sales and leading a re-branding and digital marketing project. Learn more at: http://force3radio.com 2) I founded a company, Mother's Backyard that focuses on grief and those individuals and family members silently struggling with the death of a loved one due to illness, gun violence, crime, suicide and accidents. I authored a book, My Backyard Garden, A Memoir of How Love Conquers Grief as a resource for those family members or friends who may be suffering in silence long after the funeral services. The book is a brief read and was written to help those who need to read about someone else’s journey so that they can open up about their own emotions, gain insights into their journey ahead and continue to move through the stages of grief. Loving life as I'm career transitioning back to my passion: Broadcasting & Media from a 20+ career working for large, global organizations in HR, Training, OD & Leadership Development.
