Delaney Tarr is a freelance writer, reporter and photographer based in Atlanta, GA. As a former youth activist and a South Floridian, Tarr loves ruminating on social justice, southern politics, local counterculture and community foodways. Tarr regularly contributes to online outlet SaportaReport, digging into arts, culture, city development and statewide politics. She rose to prominence as a gun violence prevention advocate in 2018 when she co-founded the March for Our Lives after a shooting at her high school in Parkland, FL.
