Eduardo Gonzalez said that he’s taking over the space for a third location of The Easy Egg, a breakfast-and-lunch restaurant that also operates at 5700 W. Kellogg and 3130 N. Rock Road. Gonzalez said he’s about to sign the contract for the space and hopes to have the restaurant open in mid-June.
