In cold water temperatures fish move slower, so a suspending target gives them that extra time to get to it. Another thing I’ve noticed is its ability to catch fish off guard.

• Walleye Cheaters Soon to be Arraigned

  By Derik Hudson| The Bass Cast@ In less then a week the two infamous walleye tournament cheaters Jacob Runyan and Chase Cominsky will be arraigned on the charges brought against them post the cheating scandal. On October 26th the two will face felony charges of cheating, attempted grand theft, possessing criminal tools, and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully owning wild animals. This cheating scandal rocked the world of fishing and received more headlines than any legitimate win in recent history.
