The city commissioned Probe Research to conduct a poll to gauge Winnipeggers’ opinion on climate change action in Winnipeg. Probe found 77 per cent of respondents are concerned about climate change, including 45 per cent who are very concerned. But when asked about the priority level in Winnipeg, answers were far more skewed.

The city announced Wednesday that four golf courses will be opening this weekend. People can start booking tee times for Windsor Park, Kildonan Park, Crescent Drive, and Canoe Club courses immediately. Times can be booked online, over the phone by calling the pro shops, or by calling 311. The city noted spring rates will be available at Kildonan Park and Windsor Park until May 2.
