Diana Cariboni is Latin America editor of the openDemocracy project Tracking the Backlash (TTB). She started writing for openDemocracy in 2018. She coordinates investigative reporting in Latin America. She was previously co-editor-in-chief of the IPS news agency and led its Latin America desk for more than ten years.
