From 2000 to 2010 an investigative reporter for The Michigan Citizen, a Black-owned weekly newspaper that ceased publication in 2014, Broke the story of Detroit police officer Eugene Brown, who killed three men in separate incidents between 1995 tp 1999, numerous other stories on police misconduct. Retired from the City of Detroit Human Rights Department in 1999. Officer with AFSCME Local 457 Detroit Hospitals and Health Department from 1975 to 1995. Born in Detroit in 1948.
