By Diane Megaw| Daily Tidings@ GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A 30-year-old Grants Pass man, James Ross, a suspect in the death of 57-year-old Roy Harvey, was arrested on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at about 3:00 pm at the Robertson Bridge Boat Landing. Ross was sought for a homicide that occurred on March 4, 2025, at about 3:00 am when Harvey was taken to Three Rivers Medical Center from the 1200 block of Rogue River Highway with significant head trauma but succumbed to his injuries several weeks later.
