Despite this growth in approvals, the total value of the plans decreased by 12.1% y/y. According to data compiled by IJG, 38 building plans valued at N$48.7 million were completed in January, marking a significant 22.6% y/y increase in the number of completed plans and a 2.7% y/y rise in total value.
