  • Prosecco Fish Pie

By Dominic Franks| Dom in The Kitchen@ Whilst I love a good roast dinner I wanted to make something a little different this Easter and the lovely people Prosecco DOC sent me some beautiful bottles to celebrate the festival, so I thought a big family-style fish pie was the answer.

  • Dom in the Kitchen

By Dominic Franks| Dom in The Kitchen@ We’re off to Mallorca so it’s time for what I call ‘Going Away Pie’It’s a very simple pie recipe that uses all the stuff we had in the furdge that needs using up before we go away.  I love a pie like this because it takes the guilt away from having to throw stuff in the trahs which of course we all try to avoid, plus you can either eat it the night before you leave or freese it and have it for when you arrive home and you’re too tired to cook.
