The driver ran several red lights during the two-minute chase, police said. The pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed into a parked vehicle, police said.

The ticket matched four winning numbers, the Power Play and the Powerball in the Monday, April 21 drawing, the Texas Lottery site said. Nobody won the grand prize, which rises to an estimated $151 million, with a cash value of about $69.3 million, for the next drawing Wednesday, April 23, the national Powerball site said.
