The project has been delayed twice since August.

  • NCC board only digs buried west LRT, give city manager earful

Deputy city manager Nancy Schepers appeared before the NCC board of directors Thursday seeking guidance as the city works towards a new proposal on the route of the western LRT expansion. She got an earful, instead — from a former Ottawa mayor. This would be the second revision of the plan, after the NCC previously said it would not allow trains to skirt across its property between Westboro and the Sir John A Macdonald Pkwy.
