Witnesses said the decomposing bodies were found under Gatoto Bridge in Makadara Constituency. "We spotted the bodies floating in water and alerted police officers," a resident told Citizen Digital. Makadara Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) Timon Odongo said they suspect that the victims were killed elsewhere and the bodies dumped in the river.
