My name is Dr. Terika L. Haynes and I am the recently selected 2023 ASTA Travel Advisor of the Year. I am also the CEO and Founder of Dynamite Travel where I lead the organization as a luxury travel advisor, travel journalist, press contributor, and content creator. Through my work, I focus on expanding representation and awareness of diverse communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Body Inclusivity and Positivity) in the luxury hospitality industry. In addition to travel planning, I am also a travel journalist and work as a columnist for Travel Pulse, a top-rated travel outlet (through syndication partnerships with MSN, Fox News, Tribune Content Agency and other news outlets TravelPulse reaches millions of consumers every month) as well as The Compass (averaging ~925 UMVs). Additionally, I am also a press contributor to a number of major media outlets such as The Washington Post, Essence Magazine, BRIDES and many more. My compnay, Dynamite Travel is certified by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
