Celestina Rossi, now a crime scene investigator for Montgomery County, has served in law enforcement for nearly three decades in a variety of counties. She shared some of her expertise with both veteran and rookie criminal investigators. “We all share a common goal,” Rossi said.

Before the purchase, the site had been deserted since the 1980’s due to an asbestos outbreak from some of the concrete pipes made there. The plant was one of the biggest employers in the area, and the closure was devastating, leaving several without jobs.
