With laboratory and animal studies now showing benefits of cannabis and cannabinoids in treating neurodegenerative diseases, this study investigated whether whole cannabis extracts could protection neuronal cells against the toxicity of a signature Alzheimer's disease protein, beta (β) amyloid.
