Automatic entries were extended to the teams that finished in the top 12 at the 2025 NCAA Championships. Those teams had until April 15th to confirm their participation in the tournament. The remaining spots will be filled through a draw from the teams that finished 13-24th at nationals. That is set to take place on April 24th.
