(23-900, Feb. 26, 2025), and addressed the issue of awarding profits in a trademark infringement case under the Lanham Act, specifically, whether the profits of the defendant's affiliated companies can be included in the award. Dewberry Engineers Inc. sued Dewberry Group, a competitor in the real estate development industry, for trademark infringement under the Lanham Act.
