“Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” Write and produce content for various mediums, including print, social media, and video. I am currently writing for SlashGear about trains, planes, automobiles... motorcycles, tanks, space, and tech. In the past, I've written about the craft beer industry for The Brewing News (Rocky Mountain edition), freelanced for several beer-centric websites, and was part of the creative force behind the Internet show BeerTap TV. I also parlayed my love for video games into writing gigs for websites like GameRant, AOL, Endgadget, GameSkinny, GameDaily, and Beckett’s Massive Online Gamer magazine. Back in 1991, I created/moderated The Star Wars Echo on Fidonet, an early pre-Internet PC network that exchanged mail and files through old-school modems. It was one of the very first Star Wars fandom sites. I was also the president of the America Online Star Wars Fan Club (back when AOL was all the rage).
