A 17-year-old male student was driving recklessly in the Deer Park High School's south campus parking lot around 9:30 a.m. when he "knocked (two students) to the ground" while they were walking across the parking lot with a large SUV, said Deer Park Police Lt. Chris Brown. The two students, a male and female, suffered head injuries and are expected to recover, Brown said.
