Arrighi, whose roots trace back to Vietnam, grew up immersed in the vibrant culinary culture of her heritage. Born to a Vietnamese mother and a Corsican father, she honed her appreciation for international cooking through her parents, who operated acclaimed restaurants in Saigon and France.

There is an on site restaurant only open on theatre nights and nearby is Miami Slice with its long lines. But a couple of blocks away in the rental apartment complexes with names like CASA, Art Plaza and Square Station Apartments, we discovered the Argentinean restaurant, Bunbury. Named after an imaginary Oscar Wilde character from “The Importance of Being Earnest,” Bunbury serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
