That was until the 66-year-old took part in a Silver Surfers bodyboarding clinic under the guidance of two former world champions, Damian King and Ben Player. Ms Goodwin came away from the event at Port Macquarie, on the NSW Mid North Coast, as a convert to the cause. "I like to encourage people to come and have a dose of 'vitamin sea,'"she said.
