By Eric Blaisdell| Times Argus Verified PLAINFIELD — The state has responded to local officials' complaints about a Vermont State Police investigation into a crash last July that left a town worker seriously injured, and local officials are not impressed with the response. According to court records, a crash was reported on East Hill Road in Plainfield on July 16 involving a piece of town equipment that was being operated by a town worker.
