  • Restaurant Road Trip: Cafe Oliverio

By Eric Minor| Yahoo Verified CHEAT LAKE, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Oliverio’s family of restaurants in north central West Virginia dates back to the 1960s, but this year, the family grew to include a new location near Cheat Lake in Monongalia County. “For a long time, now, probably a decade or more, we’ve heard: ‘y’all should be at the Cheat Lake area,'” Cafe Oliverio co-owner Patrick Oliverio said. The new location is in the Fort Pierpont Plaza, just fifteen minutes away from Oliverio’s Ristorante in Morgantown’s Wharf District.
