A woman saying her estranged husband found her at her new Southwest Miami-Dade home and confronted her. The violence caught on the 911 call she made, complete with the sound of gunfire, sending Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputies scrambling. When deputies arrived, they encountered the suspect outside with a gun. The deputy fired, killing the man.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Operations Division Chief Michael Eng says, "We're working very closely with the plant facility to try to get some of this debris removed because a lot of this fire is deep-seated."More than three dozen units have responded to Ferrous Processing & Trading on Northwest North River Drive and 37th Avenue. Crews are battling the flames from the ground and from ladder trucks.
