China’s government said Li Chenggang replaces Wang Shouwen, who participated in negotiations for the countries’ 2020 trade deal. China faces 145% taxes on exports to the U.S., while the Trump administration gave dozens of other countries a 90-day reprieve for most duties.

  • DA's office files petition seeking to remove Andrae Evans after sexual harassment allegations

DA Sandra Doorley filed the petition with the New York State Appellate Division. Her office has been reviewing the findings of a report that claims Evans made multiple sexual comments to a female employee of the town last year.
